Job Duties

  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining macros.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems, recommending changes.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Problem Solving, VPN Knowledge, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Operating Systems ( Windows, Mac, Android, Apple), Online Chat Skills, Customer Service, Quality Focus, PC Proficiency, System Administration.


  • Should be a Graduate ( Any Graduation is fine).
  • Should be ready to work in shifts.
  • Should have minimum technical support experience of 1 to 3 years.
  • Very Good in Verbal and Written Communication.
